As your procurement agent, Wallarobe coordinates directly with our network of trusted suppliers and artisans to fulfill your commissions. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers to you, ensuring the freshest products and most efficient delivery process.

We currently provide procurement services exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. All suppliers in our network are carefully vetted to ensure reliable and secure delivery standards.

2. Commission Processing Times

Processing times depend on the supplier and product type:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from our supplier network.
  • Artisan-Made Items: Require 5-10 business days as items are crafted specifically for your commission.
  • Custom Commissions: Allow 14-30 business days for bespoke items created to your specifications.
  • Limited Edition Items: Processed within 3-7 business days, subject to availability from our curated suppliers.
  • International Suppliers: Items from our global artisan network may require 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
  • Seasonal Collections: Processing times may extend during peak periods and holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Options & Costs

As your agent, we coordinate the most appropriate shipping method with each supplier:

  • Standard Delivery (5-10 Business Days):
    • Commissions under £25: £2.99 shipping fee
    • Commissions £25-£99: FREE shipping
    • Commissions over £99: FREE shipping
  • Express Delivery (2-5 Business Days): Available for select suppliers. Express charges calculated at checkout based on supplier location and item specifications.
  • Remote Areas & Special Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 2-4 business days. Any supplementary charges will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Communication

Once your commission is processed and shipped by our supplier, you will receive:

  • Commission confirmation with estimated processing time.
  • Shipping notification with tracking number.
  • Regular updates on your commission status.
  • Direct tracking access via the courier's website.

5. Delivery Issues & Agent Responsibility

As your procurement agent, we take full responsibility for all delivery issues:

  • Lost Packages: Report within 14 days of expected delivery. We handle all courier investigations and provide a full replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos. We coordinate with suppliers for immediate replacement or full refund.
  • Delivery Delays: We proactively monitor all shipments and communicate any delays. Compensation may be provided for significant delays.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: We coordinate with couriers for redelivery or collection point arrangements at no additional cost to you.

6. Quality Assurance

Before any item is shipped, our suppliers are required to meet our strict quality standards. We maintain ongoing relationships with our supplier network to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery performance.

7. Important Notes

  • Commission processing does not occur on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may extend during peak periods, holidays, or adverse weather.
  • A signature may be required for high-value commissions to ensure secure receipt.
  • We coordinate with multiple suppliers, so processing times may vary by item.
  • International supplier items may have longer processing times due to customs and quality checks.
