Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and use of products via the Wallarobe Website. By undertaking any of the above, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Wallarobe offers products for sale to customers for their personal and non-commercial use only. Wallarobe reserves the right to not fulfil orders placed by non-consumers or individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Procurement Agency Relationship

Wallarobe operates as your procurement agent. We do not hold inventory or sell products directly. When you place an order, you are commissioning us to act on your behalf to acquire the specified product from our network of trusted, ethical suppliers.

  • Your Role as Principal: By commissioning us, you authorize Wallarobe to procure products for you. You are the ultimate owner of the product from the moment the transaction is finalized with the supplier.

  • Our Role as Agent: We vet suppliers, place orders on your behalf, ensure quality standards, and manage the delivery process. We do not take ownership of products at any point.

Placing an Order & Processing

To be able to buy products you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions, provide all required information, and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your order is a commission for us to procure a product on your behalf. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your commission request. We reserve the right to accept or decline commissions based on:

  • Supplier availability and capacity.

  • Product authenticity and quality standards.

  • Payment verification.

  • Compliance with our ethical sourcing standards.

We will notify you if we cannot fulfil your commission and provide a full refund.

Product Information and Supplier Network

We curate products from our network of trusted suppliers and artisans. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications, the final products are sourced from third-party suppliers. We work diligently to ensure all information is current and accurate, but:

  • Colors may vary depending on your display and actual product variations.

  • All products are subject to availability from our supplier network.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

  • We may limit commissions based on geographic regions or other factors.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed represents the cost of the product and our commission, and does not include shipping fees. Payment is required in full when commissioning us. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your full card details.

Agent Responsibility and Liability

As your procurement agent, Wallarobe bears full responsibility for your commissioned items from the time of procurement until safe delivery to you. This includes:

  • Liability for product quality, description accuracy, and delivery.

  • Responsibility for any defects or issues with commissioned items.

  • Full refund or replacement guarantee for unsatisfactory items.

Returns and Refunds

You may return any commissioned item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

Regardless of whether products are exchanged or refunded, they must be in a new, unworn, and saleable condition. We may refuse a refund where the product is returned damaged or shows signs of use or wear.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including product images and descriptions, is either our property or used with permission from our suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our express written permission. Wallarobe's trademarks may not be used without authorization.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
