1.Pack – Please complete your return form and ensure it is securely packed along with your item(s) in the original packaging, if available. Stick your free returns label that was included with your purchase onto the parcel.
2.Receive your refund - Once we have received and validated your returned item(s), we will process it in our system and send you a notification email. Please be advised that the completion of any refund may take up to 14 days from the date of notification email sent.
Any items which are not delivered damaged, are accurately delivered as the customer chose while placing an order, worn products, change of mind will not be accepted as returns.
The return process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse. You will then receive a notification from us via email when we have received and validated your returned item(s).
